MAHA UK is delighted to announce that it will be a technical partner to Chameleon Motorsport throughout the 2023 TCR UK Touring Car Championship.

Wisbech, Cambridgeshire – 6th March 2023. Louis Tunmore, MAHA UK’s dynamometer and motorsport expert, will support the team and drivers, Neil Trotter and Lewis Brown, at every race during the 15-round championship – beginning at Snetterton on the 8th and 9th April.

Through acquisition and analysis of recorded data from every lap of every session during a race weekend, Louis will utilise his 35-year motorsport knowledge and association to examine and advise where and how the drivers can extract more performance and, ultimately, improve lap times of the CUPRA Leon Competición brace.

BOSS Racing mechanics will also be in attendance during a race weekend to assist with technical adjustments to the Chameleon Motorsport cars, as Neil and Lewis look to cement their positions at the front of the grid.

Louis said: “MAHA UK’s relationships with Chameleon Motorsport, Neil and Lewis are strong; we’ve collaborated with the drivers before, albeit in different race series, and have enjoyed strong results. Bringing everyone together, utilising their unique skills as race drivers and mechanics, and utilising MAHA UK’s motorsport pedigree, makes for a fascinating and exciting recipe for success.”

Neil added: “It’s important to me that a sponsor advertising on our cars is at the top of its game and MAHA UK ticks every box. Its premium workshop equipment, as well as its service and back-up support, is second-to-none. Having access to its services is a huge benefit to Chameleon Motorsport.”

MAHA UK will be emblazoned on Lewis’s CUPRA Leon Competición, making it one of the most eye-catching liveries on the grid. The car was first unveiled during Autosport International, which caught the attention of motorsport fans throughout the two-day exhibition and is sure to impress spectators during the season.

Since Autosport International, Lewis and Neil have put the cars through their paces at Snetterton during a test day and will be given more opportunities to fine-tune set-ups before the real action gets underway on the 8th April. MAHA UK’s MSR 500 dynamometer has also supported the team with a series of successful power tests.
